Correction on a mistake, lack of response

First I would like to say that the minute I was made aware on the type of shipping I was charged for, I contacted immediately, probably within a half hour after order was placed and I was notified of this mistake. I would never have ordered next day air, as we do not live in an area where this would ever work, I was not contacted after several inquiries to correct this error with no response,. I will not recommend product or service to anyone else.
