The part is fine. The delivery was awful! Friday morning 3/10/2023 at 8:00am the lady from AAA Cooper called me and said they could not deliver my order because the had tractor trailers. She said the driver could meet me somewhere like a shopping center. I told her the driver could park in the median which is paved or pull up my drive and turn around. She said they could not do that. She said I could meet the driver or pick up my package that I paid to be delivered. I had to borrow a truck 1+hours and pickup my package why did they even take it? Call your customer service and was told I should have called you all before I went and got it. You are 3 hours behind me so I may have gotten it Monday or Tuesday when I needed it sooner. Kind of hard to do when you work a JOB. The cost of the delivery was more than the blade. I feel I should get a partial refund on my delivery charge.I ordered a 7 foot blade that was to be delivered to my home because I do not own a truck. Instead I had to borrow a truck and find the AAA Cooper business. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ON THE DELIVERY side of this purchase.

Customers beware if you order a part and AAA Cooper is to deliver it to you they may not do so. Lady called me from AAA at 8:00am 3/10/2023 to let me know they could not deliver my part to me ,she said I could meet the driver or pick it up. Needing the part I chose to pick it up after paying full price for it to be delivered. Having to borrow a truck and 1+hours to go and get it I called customer service. I was then told I should have called them first to help resolve it they is 3 hours difference in time plus I have a full time job. Very upsetting with how customer service has gone by the wayside!

Pleased with fast shipping. Item came in bent during shipping. Contacted customer service immediately, submitted pictures showing damage. Was assured they would handle problem. Continued contacting them…5 days later still NO RESPONSE. Even asked them to call…NO RESPONSE.
